Ninjutsu is an art that encompasses many skills such as using nature, hand to hand combat, weaponry, pyrotechnics, and psychology.

[edit] History

Much of the history is obscure because of its taboo status in Japan. It is said that it originated from farmers and the evidence is the close resemblance to farming tools and herbs. Some styles are said to have been made from knowledge from shaolin refugees and tengu.
